Well, the first day of Summer is upon us and this week, it’s the calm before the Alive at Five storm approaching next Thursday.  While we will still be posting our nightly Quick-Hit Happenings to our Facebook page, we wanted to tell you about a couple of special events happening Thursday June 21st. Make Music Stamford: This is an all day (12pm-8pm), multi-city-wide event that will be taking place all around downtown Stamford including the Town Hall, Franklin Streetworks, Lorca, Tiernan’s, Latham Park, the Ferguson Library and more! Yappy Hour w/Opin at the Bartlett: From 5-6:30pm, join in the fun and bring your pup along for this great fundraiser for Opin (Outreach to Pets in Need) at the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens! $10 donation is appreciated, get free goodies, have some beer and bites and more! Pizza in the Park: Half Full Brewery will be hosting this event at Mill River Park. Tickets are available through their Eventbrite page, (please go there first before heading to the park to see if there is availability) and you can find out all the info there as well: Pizza in the Park
